By creating an account, checking the "I agree to the Terms of Service and Refund Policy" box, or otherwise using Licensing Plug (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Refund Policy below (together, the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
Licensing Plug provides study resources for individuals pursuing an insurance producer license ("Life Licensing" / "License Launchpad") and/or preparing for the Series 65 securities examination ("Series 65 Exam Prep"), including lesson content, practice question banks, flashcards, and practice exams. Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including your name, email address, the state in which you are pursuing licensure, and your company or agency affiliation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Access to course content beyond the free preview requires a paid subscription, billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
New subscriptions to a given course may include a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged automatically for the first full billing period, and your subscription will continue to renew automatically each month thereafter until you cancel. A given account is eligible for one free trial per course.
By subscribing, you authorize Licensing Plug (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current subscription price for the course(s) you've selected, until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout and will not change mid-subscription-period without notice.
Life Licensing/License Launchpad and Series 65 Exam Prep are billed and managed as separate, independent subscriptions. Subscribing to one does not grant access to the other.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" link in your account, which opens our secure billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you will not be charged again afterward.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law. Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you believe you already canceled), contact us first at the email below — we will review and correct genuine billing errors.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@licensingplug.com before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most billing issues can be resolved directly and more quickly this way.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that: (a) you have received a valid, working payment method's authorization for recurring charges as described in Section 4; (b) your acceptance of these Terms, along with the timestamp and IP address recorded at signup, may be submitted as evidence in response to any dispute or chargeback; and (c) initiating a chargeback for a charge you authorized and did not timely cancel, without first contacting us, may be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of your account.
You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; copy, redistribute, or resell any course content, question banks, or materials; scrape or bulk-download content; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
Licensing Plug is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of NASAA, FINRA, any state Department of Insurance, or any state securities Administrator. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensing Plug and its owners/operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including exam results, licensing outcomes, or career impacts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
